BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
KNUTSFORD, CHESHIRE
£28,000 - £40,000 + OTE £100K(UNCAPPED) + LUCRATIVE BENEFITS
THE ROLE:
Due to growth of the business I am currently representing my client, a business consultancy, based in Knutsford who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join them on a full time, permanentbasis. This person will play pivotal part within the already extremely successful sales team.
This position would be suited to someone with a consultative, professional and methodical approach to sales. They would deal with the initial sales opportunityto writing proposals to project implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Generation of leads
* Business development
* Writing proposals
* Handling client issues and enquiries
* Managing external marketing communications
* Running client campaigns
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
* Meeting potential new clients for new business
*Gathering market and customer information
* Organising and representing the business at exhibitions and events
* Assisting other departments such as accounts, marketing, data planning and data delivery
THE PERSON:
* Proven track record in cold calling, sales and pipeline growth
* Professional with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Self-motivated and driven* Can achieve own sales targets and review own sales performance
* Experience within AD sales or data sales
