Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading manufacturer and distributor of bathroom tiles and porcelain. They are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their sales team and grow the ever-expanding team.
If you are a talented and driven sales person, with experience as a field sales executive in a builder's merchants or manufacturing/construction background, this could be the perfect role for you!
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:* Manage your allocated region managing and growing sales with our existing customer base as well as bringing on new customers
* Visiting client sites providing samples of products
* Ensuring business continues to grow
* Maintaining a sense of enthusiasm and commitment
* Providing consistent, excellent customer service
* New business and account management responsibilities.
Business Development Manager Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience within field sales is essential* Experience within kitchen or bathroom industry is desirable
* Applicants with experience in construction, manufacturing or builders merchants will be strongly considered
* Friendly, engaging and approachable
* Happy to travel on a daily basis to client sites
* Passionate about bringing in new business
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A professionaland positive approach
