A BRAND-NEW opportunity for Channel Account Manager to join an IT Services business.
As the Channel Sales Manager your role is to secure incremental revenue from both the existing customer/Channel Reseller base and by onboarding new customer/channel reselleraccounts. To identify and generate new sales opportunities and convert them into contracted business. To lead and manage the business tender process, producing compelling and competitive bids for new business opportunities from proposal submission throughto contract award.
Responsibilities of the Channel Account Manager
* Pro-actively research and identify new sales opportunities
* Maintain a quarterly and annual sales plans
* Achieve quarterly revenue growth targets
* Where required, organiseand produce fully compliant RFP responses
* Monitor and evaluate the success rates and conversions, including forecasting andmaintaining the CRM system
* Conduct a formal bid review process on any new bids
* Ensure all presentations and pitches arefully briefed to everyone involved
* Fulfil the role of negotiator / presenter for bids
