THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an internationally recognised and industry leading business inStockport who is looking to expanding their Marketing team.

We've been exclusively appointed to seek out an experienced CRM Executive to join the team. This is newly created vital position is a vital new appointment to the team and will suit someone whois has experience of creating targeted segmented email campaigns and using them to monetise a significant dataset.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Executive to join the team under the leadership of a truly inspirational Head of Marketing.

Whilst you'll need experience, you are also guaranteed to learn and enhance your skill set within this rapidly expanding business.

PACKAGE: £25,000 to £30,000 (Possibly negotiable up to £35k for the right candidate) + Great Benefits

THEROLE:

* Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be able to join the team as an CRM Executive within a fast paced department
* Working as part of a small team, you'll be responsible for deploying 50 to 80 campaigns per week
* Planning, creating and executing high-quality campaigns to the B2C database
* Using pre-existing templates, you'll create effective engaging content which is also 'on brand'
* Using A/B testing and optimising campaigns to increase engagement levels, click through and results
* Using automation tools to trigger content based on customer behaviour
* Utilise dynamic content wherever possible to personalise content for the customer
* Improve data quality and customer profiling
* Constantly evolve campaigns based on testing strategies, performance indicators and audience insight to ensure we're getting the most out of our databases at every opportunity
* Support the analysis and reporting of campaigns and suggest improvements based on this analysis
* To ensure timelydeployment of all campaigns
* To work with digital designers ensuring all assets are of a high quality & that their resource time is optimised
* Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
* To ensure rigorous testing of all email & SMSdeployments to ensure 100% accuracy

THE PERSON

* Must have experience in similar role such as an CRM Executive
* Experience of implementing volume B2C email marketing campaigns is essential
* Able to write high quality engaging email content toproduce high levels of engagement and conversion
* Any experience of using 'RedEye' eMarketing would be a significant advantage
* A basic level understanding of HTML to be able to change colours in the source code
* Must have experience of building,testing, refining & reporting on large-scale email deployments
* Proven experience of increasing email campaign metrics i.e. open rate, clicks, conversion
* Proven experience of deploying all forms of email marketing; campaign, loyalty, retention,content
* Proven experience of working with marketing automation tools, data management & segmentation
* Ideally experience of utilising customer data platforms with associated AI queries and dynamic content
* Experience with a variety of marketing software; Microsoft, adobe, WordPress
* Ability to manage multiple streams of work at one time - organisation and prioritisation is key
