My client, who are a successful manufacturing business based in Swansea are currently looking for a Customer Account Executive to join their team. Trading in almost 80 countries worldwide, the business has already accomplished so much yet is still growing.
As a Customer Account Executive you will be supporting the Group Export Director to grow profitable business across the export account.
You will be responsible for:
·Supporting Group Export Director across their specific account portfolio to grow profitable sales to meet agreed targets
·To support the creationof customer yearly account plans to support sustainable and profitable sales growth meeting quarterly key objectives
·To workwith our customers to obtain sales forecast and to facilitate the sharing of information with our procurement and operational teams
·Work with the Group Export Director to implement marketing and support plans for the customer and market
·Support Export Customers with sales Training across the product portfolios
·Support accounts team to ensure proforma payments are executedin a timely fashion
·Support accounts team to ensure that customers on terms pay to the terms agreed
·Ensure monthly reports of in market sales and distribution and marketing activities are received from all specific markets in a timely fashion
·Complete monthly analysis reports as required by the Group Export Director
·Export Marketing POS - Support the management of supportmaterial as required by the customer base within agreed budgets
·Support and facilitation with Exhibitions as required
·Support in the Research and Analysis of potential new markets
·Export projects as required by Group Export Director
