You will be based in or commutable to Leeds.
The successful Customer Success Manager will have some knowledge and experience of; PaaS and SaaS technologies, on premise and cloud base mail delivery, routing and filtering technologies, cloud security and data loss prevention.
Job Purpose
Promote and sell to schools, companies, and government organisations and turn them into Google product lovers. Drive post-deployment customer success by promoting best practices, accelerating feature adoption, cultivating relationships and helping customers share and discover new ways to create magic moments using technology.
Collaborate with sales, project delivery teams and other CSM's to manage innovative
programs that strengthen our customer relationships using a variety of technology platforms.
Customer Success Manager Responsibilities
* Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product delivery, and partners
* Facilitate workshops to educate customers on best practices
* Work on and develop initiatives to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction with our products
* Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed for customers
* Share in-depth G-Suite expertise to support the technical relationship with our customers
* Learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology
