DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

THE COMPANY:
We're exclusively recruiting for an industry leading business that is looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Assistant. You'll be working closely with the Marketing Manager and taking the responsibility for SocialMedia, editing existing artwork, liaising with the SEO/PPC agency, liaising with the creative agency, creating newsletters and managing the website content.
This is the perfect role for an individual who has got good adobe Photoshop & InDesign skills and either experience in a similar role or a bright Graduate looking to leap into an exciting Digital Marketing Assistant position.
THE DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT ROLE
* Manage social platforms to get high engagement by using scheduling tool Hootsuite and carry out daily social work out to increase engagement
* Editing existing artwork designs using of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
* Website management for user experience, updating brand website content as and when required and coordinate withSEO/PPC agency
* Draft regular keyword rich written news and blog content for the website and press releases
* Plan and brief creatives for banners for all channels
* Obtain feedback for Referral Program and film video/audio testimonials for social media and website
* Organise, plan and manage regular events, meetings and training days along with updating merchandise stocktake & ordering
* Undertake Document management system by updating editable files, filing signed hard copies and amendingFilemaker docs
* Creating weekly monthly newsletter containing the latest event and news updates to external and internal lists by MailChimp
* Take good photographs and videos to use on social and website
* Work with the Enquiries team to provide support to their activities, including:Producing various marketing proposals and supply agreements
* Maintaining all aspects ofclient records in the CRM
* Updating the CRM data base with prospecting information
* Participating in team projects and effectively managing individual projects around improving the efficiency of the sales function
* Attending exhibitions and events as required
THE PERSON:
* For the Digital Marketing Assistant position, you'll either need experience in a similar roleor be a recent Marketing Graduate with a good understanding of responsibilities
* Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
* Experience of Social Media; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter etc.
* Good copy writing skills
* Creative individual who has a keen eye for design
* Any experience of Mail Chimp or similar would be an advantage
