DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
MANCHESTER / HYBRID - FLEXIBLE WORKING
£40,000 to £60,000 + Great Benefits
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of a highly successful global business located in the Manchester area who is looking to expand their marketing operations. The business has experienced significant year on year growth which is continuingat an exponential level. As a result, they're now seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the team as part oftheir strategic growth plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to rapidly expand their career within a fast-paced business with a global reach.
THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
* Reporting to the Head of Marketing and taking responsibilities for managing a small (but growing) team of marketing professionals
* Design and oversee all aspects of thedigital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
* Develop and monitorcampaign budgets.
* Plan and manage our social media platforms.
* Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign's overall performance.
* Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
* Identify the latest trendsand technologies affecting our industry
* Evaluate important metrics that affect the website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
* Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
* Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
THE PERSON:
* Current experience of working as a Digital Marketing Manager role withgood strategic marketing skills
* Must have experience of managing a small team of marketing professionals
* Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms and best practices
* Able to build the strategy of digital campaigns and coordinate projects* Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
* Educated to degree level, ideally within a relevant field
