THE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a successful and continuously growing business in Derby who are looking tomake the first hire to start and drive their Digital Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital marketing professional to truly build their own department working directly with the MD.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to joina prestigious company and assist them with creating unique, exciting content. This is the perfect role for a creative individualwho has extensive digital marketing knowledge and that thrives within a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create, plan and executive all marketing strategies across the business with a strong focus on conversion and increasing brand awareness
* Creating engaging and relevant content for the websites
* Managing the annual marketing calendar, ensuring regular and quality campaigns are being run
* Manage outsourced relationships with agencies ensuring continuity with internal activity* Oversee the companies PPC and SEO performance
* Manage all social media platforms and content
* Handle email marketing, creating new and engaging campaigns
* Work closely with the wider team in the business to ensure marketing is maximised and having the desires outcome with customers
THE PERSON:
* At least 2 years' experience within similar role within Digital Marketing
* Strong knowledge of all social media platforms, SEO, PPC and e-marketing
* Excellent written skills and creative copywriting
* Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Excellent time management
* Hard working and a can-do attitude
