FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Equine Nutritional Manager on behalf of an established animal nutrition business. This is a full-time permanent role.
My client has been serving the Irish equine trade for over 30 years and in that period of timethey have earned a world class reputation in Equine nutrition.
This is a newly created role and its offers great career progression for someone looking to take a lead role or more responsibility.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and professional Equine Nutrition Manager to nurture and develop the business both in Ireland and abroad.
The successful candidatewill lead the Equine team and become a leader for the Equine brand.
Duties to include
* Drive the sales of Equine products in Ireland and Worldwide
* Maintenance existing relationships with partners through delivering excellent customer service* Grow the business through prospecting for new accounts
* Attend regional and international Equine events where applicable* Deliver superior customer after sales support
* Provide line manager with forecasts, reports and territory analysis
* Identify new markets and opportunities
* Engage with marketing and new product development teams to ensure plans are in place todeliver long term key strategic objectives.
Experience required
* Proven track record of success commercial Equine activity
* Ability to work on own initiative with a can do attitude
* Good knowledge of the Equine sector
* Task driven with solid organisational goals
* Excellent interpersonal skills
