A leading organisation within the managed print market is actively looking to recruit a commercially astute External Account Manager to join their expanding sales team.
The successful External Account Manager will be self-motivated, driven and hungry for success with a proactive approach to sales. You will have a demonstrable track record of sales and managing existing accounts as well as generating new business. Strong ability to build relationships is a necessity for this role.Overview
Within this key role, the successful External Account Manager will be targeted on the development of new business opportunities, selling from our portfolio with an emphasis on managed print, imaging, workflow and document management technology.You should be a highly professional Business Development Manager, credible individual that can take solutions based approachwith client engagements and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
Background & Experience
* Experience selling B2B solutions
* The ability to align solutions to corporate business strategies and objectives.
* Be able to demonstrate a successful track record of selling solutions (provide documentation to support this).
* A proven track record in positioning managed solutions with senior management/ C -Level.
* Proven success in gaining and building relationships with larger accounts and in delivering high value sales
* Cross and up sell within existing accounts
* Attend customer meetings
* High level ofcommercial/business awareness within the sales environment.
* Experience of providing innovative and creative solutions that meets the customer's need and business drivers
What's on Offer?
* Basic salary £30,000 (£50,000 OTE)
* Commission on all gross profit delivered
* Incentives & bonuses.
