FIELDSALES EXECUTIVE - WASTE MANAGEMENT
ANYWHERE IN THE UK / HOME BASED / REMOTE WORKING
£45,000 to £65,000 Basic + £5,000 CarAllowance + OTE £80.000 + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
My client is a market leading business who specialise in Total WasteManagement services to business right across the UK. Whilst they cover most industries, they do have a particular specialism insupporting Food Manufacturing and Food Processing business.
Due to growth, they're now looking to reinvest and grow their sales team by recruiting an experienced Field Sales Executive to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a Business Development / Field Sales / Area Sales role within Waste Management industry or Someone who has sold to Food Manufacturing / food processing businesses who is looking for a new challenge where you will benefit from a business with an excellent reputation in the industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Creating sales opportunities through proactive business developmentand pitching
* Using various methods to identify new opportunities
* Building relationships and networking to develop strongsales pipeline
* Making proactive contact with new clients and reaching out to prospective clients who have made enquiries* Arranging meetings with clients to consult and quoting
* Developing relationships with various contacts within existing clients and identifying new opportunities within them
* Following up on previous conversations to gain feedback and overcome objections
* Closing sales to meet and exceed set sales targets
* Working with the wider sales and support team to arrange for quotations and pricing to be provided to clients
* Regularly maintain CRM and provide necessary sales reports
THE PERSON:* Experience within Field Sales position with a background of selling within the Waste Management industry and/or selling to food processing / food manufacturing business
* Confident communicating with Director level contacts but with the adaptable tochange approach
* Excellent record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Fantastic client relationship building skills
* Genuine drive and ambition to succeed in sales
