CROYDON
Up to£34,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a well-established and expanding business who are looking for a driven and tenacious Business Development Manager to join them to cover a territory across Croydon.
As aBusiness Development Manager, you will be tasked with securing new clients for my client and will be responsible for the full sales process from lead generation to closing contracts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
* Targeting new business opportunities by utilising a variety of sales techniques
* Attending meetings with prospective clients to negotiate and close sales
* Generating leads through various methods of research
* Gaining referrals and recommendations from clients and contacts
* Making contact with senior decision makers within various organisations to pitch products and services
* Confidently offer technical advice and recommendation to clients
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a Business Development / New Business / Field Sales / Area Sales role is essential
* Confident to build and maintain a consistent flow of New Business Sales
* Maintain a healthy weekly / monthly / annual sales pipeline
* Proven track record in exceeding new business sales targets
* Able to sell high value products/services
