THE OPPORTUNITY:
Due to growth I am currently recruiting for my client based in Derbyshire for a Field Sales Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a well-established electrical manufacturing business.
This role would suit someone who has a degree within Electrical and Electronic Engineering whois looking for a Field based Sales role.
Alongside the company offering up to £30,000 per annum, they are also offering a bonus, company car, mobile phone, laptop, free Parking, 21 days holiday + 8 bank and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop a call cycle to maximise account development, time efficiency and monthly targets are met.
* Manage customer issues and complaintsprofessionally using problem solving skills
* Use business data to analyse accounts in detail, monitor spend and identify areas of potential business growth.
* Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to accounts based on the needsof the accounts
* Respond to and follow up sales enquiries - either with direct sales or supporting the distribution network* Sourcing, contacting and developing new accounts
* Monitor and report on marketplace activities to the Sales Director
*Report weekly using CRM software
* Increase product awareness and conduct training with accounts.
* Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
THE PERSON:
This role is ideally suited to a confident, results-driven individual:
*Experience in Electronics would like the opportunity to move into a field-based sales role OR are already in a field- sales
*Able to build rapport
* Disciplined self-starter
* An enthusiasm to spend time in the field, customer facing
* Full UK Driving License
