THE OPPORTUNITY:
An opportunity has arisen with a long established and highly reputable business who are highly regarded as experts in their field. They boast an impressive client base that has remained loyal to them over the years due to the outstanding highly quality service they provide. It's an exciting time for the business as they looking to expand the team, as such, an opportunity has arisen for an Experience Field Sales Executive.The successful candidate will need to be an experienced Field Sales professional who has a background of selling technical ormechanical based products. Whilst they will provide full training, they need someone who is able to quickly grasp a product toenable them to build instant relationships with new and existing clients.
This an excellent opportunity for an experienced Field Sales Executive who is looking to join a forward-thinking organisation.
THE FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Responsiblefor managing the local region and identifying new opportunities from new and existing clients
* Planning and organising own work schedule to visit existing clients and new prospects
* Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships within all areas of the business
* Producing quotes for clients and gaining orders
* Analyse the territory/market potential andcreating a regional sales development plan
* Reviewing and analysing own sales performance to increase conversion and exceedsales targets
* Attending the office for monthly and quarterly sales meeting
* Keeping up-to-date with industry news, developments and trade bodies that represent the industry
* Competitor analysis & understanding market trends to gain a competitive advantage
* Attending trade shows, exhibitions and product demonstrations
THE PERSON:
* Current experience withina similar field-based sales position from a role such as; Field Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or Sales Executive
* Experience of selling technical or mechanical products is essential
* Good understanding of territory management and the ability to increase sales within the region
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
* Ability to work autonomously
