FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
LEICESTER
£35,000 - £40,000 PLUS SALES BONUS
COMPANY CAR/MILEAGE, 30 DAYS HOLIDAY
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get-Recruited are supporting a well-established window company who are looking at expanding on their field sales team.
You will need at least 5 years' experience within a field based position, selling to commercial clients. Mainly these being, contractors and developers with the remaining time spent with Architects.
You will be based from the office one day a week and the restof the time is field based, visiting new and existing clients.
This role will be covering the South-East Region and you musthave experience from a construction background.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Establish new business opportunities with targetedaccounts through prospecting
* Gain an understanding of the area you will work in to generate your own pipeline through research of the key contacts
* Prospecting and converting leads into profitable and ongoing business relationships
* Effectively advise clients on the products
* Negotiating and closing contracts
* Generate and follow up on leads by contacting prospects* Communicate and interact with business decision-makers at all levels to identify needs and requirements as well as market opportunities
* Lead and advance prospects through the sales cycle
* Negotiate and close recurring revenue sales that vary incontract length and fee range
* Close an agreed upon number of sales and revenue per month
* Maintain prospect database information
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Must have a track record of generating business with housebuilders, developers and existing relationships.
* Experience in generating tenders and managing budgets
* Able to manage and expand existing relationships along with generating new business relationships
* Must be driven and ambitious
* Excellent communication skills
