We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of fast growing and innovative business located in the LeamingtonSpa area who is experiencing phenomenal growth both in the UK & Internationally.
As part of their strategic growth plan,they're now seeking a Graduate Sales Executive to join the business to build long lasting relationships with new and existing clients. The successful candidate will receive ongoing training, a clear progression path and exposure to true industry professionals who will mentor you to become a top performer within the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual whohas either recently Graduated or is of a Graduate calibre who is looking for a highly rewarding career in sales.
THE GRAUDATESALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Working closely with the Business Development Manager
* Building relationships with new and existing clients both in the UK and Internationally
* Management of existing accounts
* Targeting large corporate organisations and pitching the companies market leading unique solution
* Taking a consultative approach to understand the client's needs anddiscuss the company's solutions
* Following up on marketing enquires and booking demonstrations
* Using LinkedIn to grow your audience, to target key decision makers and to interact with prospects
THE PERSON
* The successful candidate will either be a recent Graduate or an individual of Graduate calibre
* An excellent communicator who can build natural relationshipsvia telephone, email and social media
* A highly professional individual who will be credible when communicating with Directorlevel contacts
* Computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
* A highly driven and motivated individual who is keen to join a fast growing and innovative business in a sales opportunity
