A fast-growing international financial-conference company based in The City is looking to hire an experienced Head of Delegate Sales/Telesales Manager to lead a small team selling delegate placeson its innovative financial events worldwide. We're looking for at least three years direct B2B telesales experience, ideally inEvent Delegate Sales. In a fast-growing business this role has excellent professional development potential and the opportunityof international travel.
The role is:
* Head of Delegate Sales/Telesales Manager on international financial conferences* Managing and leading one junior with plans to grow
* Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing global clients
* Identifying and capitalising on new opportunities to generate revenue
* Networking with existing and prospective clients at international events
Head of Delegate Sales/Telesales Manager requirements:
* At least three yearsexperience selling directly to B2B clients with a CV that demonstrates you haven't moved around excessively
* Hard working and committed with an excellent phone work ethic
* Ideally (not necessarily) experience selling event delegate places on large scale B2B events (exhibitions, trade shows, confex)
* Pro-active, persuasive and confident
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
