The Company:
My client is one of the leading managed services businesses in the South East. They offer a wide variety of services, products and support to customers across the region. Due to growth they are now looking fora Sales Executive professional to help boost the business and achieve the next step in their expansion.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the Business Development Managers with the emphasis onhigh quality leads
* Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on our database
* Working through the company database contacting new and existing customers
* Making outbound cold calls to new prospects who could benefit from the clients' products and services
* Self lead generating, identifying ideal customers based on agreed target market
* Reporting to the Sales Director in relation to targets and KPI's
* Assisting other members of the salesteam to manage opportunities
* Keeping organised and on top of pipelines/interested prospects
* Representing the company daily with the upmost professionalism and dignity.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in some form of sales role within a B2B sales environment
* Impeccable telephone manner with the ability to build rapport instantly
* Good negotiation skills with demonstrable experience in objection handling
* The ability to use open questions as well as listen to client requirements
* Positive mindset and self starting work attitude
* Live within a commutable distance to the office
* Aspirationsto further themselves into field sales or internal sales management.
* Microsoft office competent
Package:
£18,000 - £20,000
OTE £24,000 1st year, £35,000 thereafter
