A BRAND-NEW opportunity for an Account Manager focused on selling to a variety of IT solutions to existing business.
Our clientprovides integrated managed services linking people, places and clouds and do this by leveraging our core capabilities and nextgeneration network assets to deliver a fully integrated range of cloud, datacentre, connectivity, and voice services. They are looking for an Account Manager who can continue to build mutually beneficial relationships with all clients. Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the client's business plan and their challenges, to enable you to be positioned most favourably to deliverproducts and services.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager
* Managing, maintaining, and building accounts
* Developing, managing, and building client relationships
* Update and maintain information on sales performance and the pipeline/activities
* Maintain a high level of understanding of the company's services, industry, and customer needs
* Keeping up to date on market trends and new technologies
* Increase sales pipeline through lead generation efforts, within accounts
* Renewal of accounts and associated services/products
Account Manager Requirements
* Previously sold managed services
* Proactively win new business opportunities
* Manage a grow existing customer base
