MARKETING EXECUTIVE

THE ROLE:
My client is a successful Construction company who are looking for a Marketing Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Due to growth of the business they are looking for someone to join them ASAP.
They are extremely passionate about growing their business and providing their clients with a fantastic service! This is a brand-new position in the organisation and an exciting time to join the business. Ideally you will have over 3 years' experience within both Digital and Tradition marketingand SEO.
My client has a great reputation for developing their staff and you will have the chance to progress within the business. Alongside this you will be offered a salary of up to £30K depending on experience, free parking & a fun and friendly working environment!
THE DUTIES:
* Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
* Identifying and following up onnew market opportunities.
* Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
* Raising the profile of the company and the brand.
* Taking the lead in the creation, development and maintenance of social media strategies.* Responsibility for customer interaction on social media platforms.
* Creating and managing online ad campaigns.
THE PERSON:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within a Marketing Executive.
* Professional Qualifications in Marketing.
*A clear understanding of social media-based marketing.
* Previous experience in brand development and management.
* Excellent interpersonal skills both written and oral.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.* Good analytical, planning and organisational skills.
* Previous experience in the development of marketing strategies.
*Regular blogging, writing of catchy headlines on social media platforms.
* Researching new ideas, being up to date with current affairs and news ready to spot an opportunity for good coverage at short notice.
* Evaluate and report on the success and effectiveness of campaigns.
* Good knowledge of a variety of social media platforms as well as SEO knowledge to maximise posts.* The ability to keep up to date with current trends and good attention to detail are all desirable skills for this position.* Interpretation of web analytics.
