This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a close knit team where every idea brought to the table is considered and roles are assigned with core skills in mind.
As a Marketing Executive with us here at Concept youwill be granted with the flexibility to manage your own marketing projects independently, and receive the recognition due when they are completed, alongside your daily duties.
Your role will include working alongside stakeholders at all levels in orderto accurately understand business needs and support with requirements across a range of divisions, each of which have a unique approach to their marketing.
Key Responsibilities
While the below is not an exhaustive list we've put it together to provide you with a good understanding of what your day to day role will look like. Alongside these responsibilities there will be scope for new and exciting projects to be added into the role of a Marketing Executive and we are open to ideas from a creative individual as to what those would look like.
Online
* Manage Social Media accounts including content sourcing, creation and post scheduling in line with brand guidelines.
* Create and run Social Media campaigns in line with business needs - for example internal hiring
* Support sales function with 'Hot Job' email marketing to prospective candidates.
* Carry out updates tocompany website pages via CMS
* Manage schedule of ongoing email campaigns in line with business requirements
* Create regular e-newsletters to share company news and recognise recent successes
Offline
* Updates to existing company brochures asrequired
* Creation of new brochure content in line with any campaigns
* Promotion of internal incentives via posters alongside any email marketing
Creative
* Copy writing - including blogs, web content and client case studies
* Design - primarily of graphics to be shared on social media but also including new templates for offline media
* Video content creation forSocial Media

What we seekWe seek individuals with the ability to thrive in our fast moving sales environment. You should have a positive and 'can do' attitude. You'll also need to have the following skills:
Competencies Sought
* Excellent creative writing skills
* Ability to build business relationships and work with stakeholders at all levels
* Organisation / time management
* MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
* Experience with Social Media at a business level
* Knowledge of Mail Chimp, Communicator or similar email platform.
* Good understanding of SEO and Meta Tags
* Experience with PPC Campaigns
* Basic understanding of HTML
* Experience with Google's suite of tools including Analytics and AdWords.
* A Marketing qualification - apprenticeship, degree or CIM
