FRS Network is a farmerowned co-operative organisation established in 1980 for the provision of skilled people to meet customer staffing requirements.Through growth and diversification FRS have expanded into five distinct divisions intrinsically linked through the supply of expertly skilled people and services - Farm Relief Services, Fencing, Training, Recruitment and Herdwatch.
This role will involve working with several of the FRS Network brands, specifically in the areas for Farm Relief Services, Fencing and Training.

POSITION SUMMARY

* As a marketing executive, you will be reporting into the marketing manager.* Responsible for creating and delivering high value and relevant content, such as articles, blogs, case studies, press releases, newsletters, adverts (offline & online) and marketing material.
* You will be responsible for distributing that content online and measuring the effectiveness of the campaigns using all the tools at your disposal and finding engaging, audience driven, ways to do this.
* You will be responsible for interacting with our audiences and developing campaigns on social mediasuch as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and all other relevant social media platforms.
* Event co-ordination and management will form part of this role, agricultural related events, such as the National Ploughing Championships.
* Merchandising management and various marketing administration tasks will be required as part of the role.

REQUIREMENTS

* Candidate must have a proven track record of working in the field of marketing and /or hold a relevant marketing qualification or qualifications.
* Be a strong and confident communicator, team player, with an ability to plan, execute and report on the resultsof the generated content and campaigns.

* Must have willingness to learn new skills where required (training will be provided where needed).
* Must have an extensive knowledge of using social media such Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
* A good understanding of SEO.
* Experience of applications such as; Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp (or other e-mailmarketing tools), Canva, Animoto and video editing tools.
* Experience in document design application such as Canva would be an advantage with a keen eye for design and delivery of message.
* Must enjoy speaking and meeting with customers, with an ability to create high value content that is relevant to our target audiences.
* A farming background or have experience dealing with farmers would be beneficial.
* Good attention to detail skills would be an important attribute.
* You will be expected to work on your own initiative to deadlines and deliver campaigns to high standards.
* Be an enthusiastic self-starter, with the ambition and commitment to help build high-performing marketing strategies.
