I am currently recruiting for a new role which is working for one of the most successful tour operators in the local Swindon area, this company truly believe in growing their business and their employees. I am currentlylooking for an experienced Marketing Executive who will be involved in all aspects of the marketing function, working on activities through traditional print marketing and collateral, digital marketing; website, social media and email marketing. You willbe joining a fast-paced marketing team that work to very tight deadlines and deliver to a high standard so it is very importantfor the successful candidate will be highly driven and keen to prove themselves in an entrepreneurial business.

THE JOB:
*Create Email marketing to be sent regularly to our database
*Create artwork to meet specific marketing or promotional needs
*Understand and interpret briefs for new products
*Update websites using a CMS system
*Proofing all types of media prior to being sent out
*Reviewing performance of marketing media types
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
*Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
*Experience using aCMS system to update websites
*A strong attention to detail
*Must be resilient and flexible in approach to work
*Highly organized with ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities
*Happy and open to receiving feedback
*Comfortable expressing ideas and brainstorm not just with creatives but all senior management
*Proven numerical and analytical skills
*Excellent communicator and team player
*Highly motivated, driven and enthusiastic
*Experience of using Email Marketing platforms
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
*Experience of HTML & CSS
*Experience of working within the travel industry
The package:
The salary on offer for this exciting new role is dependent on experience within the region of £18000 - £24000 plus bonus, pension and medical benefits!
