Get Recruited are working with a leading Fitness Instructor who are actively looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their vibrant office team. As a Marketing Executive you will be leading projects such as sales and marketing campaigns.
THE ROLE
As a Marketing Executive you will be:
* You will be tasked with developing our clients marketing strategy in line with company objectives. This includes improving existing and past marketing efforts
* Overseeing the publication of all marketing material so they reflect the marketing objectives
* Putting together online and print marketing campaigns - e.g. flyers, brochures, posters, blog posts, etc.
* Preparing and keeping organised the marketing calendar for all channels
* Creating new and exciting social media content
* Using Hootsuite to schedule Social Media posts
* Communicating with Customers by answering customers enquires on social media and replying to reviews
* Assisting with implementing PPC activity, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linkedin ads for Recruitment
* Implementing key changes to both copy and existing web pages to optimise them for SEO
* Assisting with events planning, which includes organising and running promotional activities such as summer fetes and sports centre open days
* Managing the companies email campaigns and communicating company branding through email marketing. Also offering a consultative approach to improvements that can be made.
* Utilising photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom and Premiere to create digital assets such as website banners, alongside imagery which is fit for social media use
YOU
* Degree in Marketing* 2+ Years experience within Marketing
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom and Premiere
* Experience usingGoogle Analytics
* Experience in SEO best practices and tools - e.g. Google Search Console
* Open to feedback
* Self-motivated to complete tasks
