THE COMPANY:
We are currently recruiting on behalf ofa growing beauty business who are looking to expand their Trade Marketing team with a Marketing Graduate / Visual Merchandiser.The role will involve supporting the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver category management, channel visibility materials andtrade presentations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist with strategic project work with retailers to drive in-store activity and support the sales efforts
* Create and develop awareness of the brand within retail partners
* Develop effective and creative ways to communicate with target customers
* Deliver marketing plans, advertising and campaign strategies
* Manage the flow of new product updates and launches
* Working alongside creative agencies to design marketing and point of sale material* Organise and attend various events including conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
* Arrange the distribution ofmarketing materials in line with customer requirements and deadlines
* Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
* Graduate with a 2:1 or above in Marketing or another creative degree
* An interestin the beauty industry is desirable
* Confident to work within a varied and vibrant visual/merchandising environment
* Excellent communication skills
