Description:
My client are looking to recruit a medical imaging business manager, this is a home based role with frequent travel to customer sites. My client are looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of modality-specific sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the strategic development and tactical sales of services within the modality.
* Understand customer requirements and deliver solutions at the sales and tender stages that optimise the companies commercial position (collaborating with the Business Development and operations teams as appropriate).
* Ensure customer-facing business development and other teams are appropriately trained within the Diagnostic imaging service modality.* Deliver the clinical evaluation underpinning the commercial and operational set-up and performance of the companies services.* Innovate and deliver new product offerings that meet the changing requirements within the clinical and service modality.
*Liaise with and support the operational teams in the development new services and of all appropriate quality standards within modality.
Accountabilities
* Meet customer growth and retention targets set for each financial year.
* Build and lead customer level growth strategies across Althea's products and modalities.
* Develop and deliver customer specific plans in collaboration with business development and operations teams that lead to the achievement of revenue targets.
* Provide leadershipfor development of cross selling or variation proposals, formal quotations, and variations to existing customer contracts - both written and financial Work to optimise the profitability of new contracts, contract variations, renewals and extensions.
* Maintain accurate records of all growth opportunities, contract variations and related activities. Data stewardship for the defined territory or customer group
* Build and maintain an understanding of the contractual obligations for each of the allocatedcustomers and provide guidance to the operational and finance teams.
* Support customer business case development to ensure variation opportunities can be executed quickly.
* Gathering, analysing, and distributing market, customer, and competitor information
* Support the business development and operations teams in the commercial close, implementation, and go-live of new services and variations through to the formal handover to business-as-usual.
Skills / Experience
* Demonstrable track record of success within healthcare solutions selling
* 5 years of customer-facing sales or account management roles within healtheconomy
* Preparation and delivery of complex bid responses
* Solutions selling.
* Commercial and contracting expertise* Excellent written communication skills

* Customer-facing and internal stakeholder presentation
