NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
MANCHESTER - FIELD BASED NATIONWIDE
45 - 50K BASIC SALARY

Get Recruited aresupporting an internationally recognised company within the car and home care industry, who due to growth, are looking to recruit for an experienced account manager with the motivation to retain, develop and grow a wide territory.
This is an excellentopportunity for someone who has strong sales and account management experience within the DIY industry. The right candidate canbuild strong relationships with existing customers and have the confidence to chase new business to grow the company.
ACCOUNT MANAGER DUTIES:
* Travel nationwide to meet existing and potential new clients.
* In office once day per week to organise diary and report to the Regional Manager.
* Liaise with other field-based Account Managers to maximise target areas.
*Organise meetings with existing clients to upsell products and build last relationships.
* Provide detailed product and company knowledge relating back to the client.
* Maintain and add data on a CRM making sure all communication is logged.
* Aim toachieve monthly targets by exceeding KPI's set.
ACCOUNT MANAGER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
* Experience/knowledge in the DIY sector essential.
* Sales experience in the DIY sector ideal.
* Proven track record of sales / account management.* Ability to travel on a regular basis nationwide.
* Strong time management and desk management abilities.
* Experience of all Microsoft business tools, e.g. word, excel, CRM dynamics, etc.
* Confidence to learn the product and speak with clients ofall levels.
* Attend conferences and trade shows throughout the UK.
* Excellent relationship builder over the phone and in person.
* Full clean driving Licence.
