This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Perms Billing Manager to develop and lead a National Perms Team.
PCB Care are looking for a driven leader to pick up the baton, recruit and develop a team to work alongside our BranchManagers (Temps) and secure permanent revenue across our wide scope of clients. The role is based in Barnet, our clients are across the country and our current branch locations are Barnet, Coventry, Wolverhampton and Stoke
This is a permanent positionwith an immediate start available, attractive salary package with a great commission structure in place.

Responsibilities and Duties
*Recruiting, developing and leading National Perms Team
*Responsible for Budget and delivering above budget on a monthly basis
*Managing and developing new and existing client relationships
*On-going development to include working with clients to develop long term resourcing strategies
*Using creative marketing techniques to increase brand awareness to both clients and candidates
*Proactively use Business Development and sales techniques to develop new and enhance existing clients
*Search and select candidates with telephone interviews as required
*Consultation with both clients and candidates through the direct recruitment process
Essential skills and experience:
* Previous Recruitment experience is preferred or Care and Sales experience
* An ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
* Proven experience in exceeding targets and working within a proactive environment* Excellent team player
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
