Description:
Working in partnership a Local authority, Panoramic Associates are seeking a procurement manager for a 3-6-month assignment within IR35.
You will deliver a range of procurement activities for our local government client. The nature of each assignment will vary but are likely to include: Opportunity Assessment, Savings Delivery and Programmes, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract and Supplier Relationship Management, Transformation, Project and Programme Management.
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum of 3 years procurement experience.
* Extensive knowledge of outsourcing and insourcing contracts.* Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS Professional) or working toward.
* An ability to deliver procurement solutions and business improvements.
* Sound financial management and ICT skills.
* Strong communication skills.
