The Company:
Get Recruited are currently supporting a marketing leading concrete product supplier in Macclesfield. They are looking to add a driven and self - motivated Sales Advisor to join their team in Macclesfield. Your role will be to become the point of contact the company and its retail and trade customers. If you are hungry to succeed in a fast paced sales environment then this is the perfect role for you.
Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day to day running of orders and enquiries received, including logging enquiries, updating, amending and managing entries to reflect current status
* Develop lasting relationships withexisting Key Accounts
* Process orders received
* Liaise with operations and production to ensure all orders are deliveredon schedule
* Maintain the customer relationship management system
* Ensure that our product/service offering is maximised to existing customers and that cross selling is attempted
* Achieve agreed targets for cold calling in order to increase revenue
* Contribute towards the continued development of sales/marketing literature/ price lists
Sales Advisor Skills and Experience:
* Experience within Trade Counter Sales is ideal
* Previous roles within a builder's merchant are preferable* Must have the ability to communicate with a range of customers
* Having an eye for detail, especially when using Sales OrderProcessing.
* Self-motivated, and ambitious with high standards
* Be comfortable working as part of a small team
* Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty, helpfulness, cooperation and commitment to the organisation and team members
* Be an effective communicator to your peers, customers, suppliers as well as company Directors and senior management team form who thereis contact.
* Be reliable and have good time keeping/ punctuality.
