THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a leading Company who are looking to expand their team with a confident and driven Sales/Customer Service Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and successful team who are consistently exceeding targets. With a client focused approach, youwill be using a consultative approach to follow up customer enquiries!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Calling customers who have enquired or requested quotes
* Scheduling call backs with customers
* Booking telephone appointments
* Work as part of a team to achieve and exceed targets
* Inputting and maintaining customer data on the CRM system
* Working within a regulated environment and adhering to these regulations
THE PERSON:
* Experience within a Telephone based role is essential
* Strongobjection handling skills
* Confident to work as part of a team to exceed targets
