Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading company based in Preston who, due to growth, are seeking a Sales & Events Administrator to join their growing team.
As the Sales & Events Administrator, you will be working alongside the Events Manager to handle and convert enquiries for Weddings and Corporate Events as wellas process customer queries, manage the administration and preparation for events and attend trade shows.

THE ROLE:
* As the Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving inbound enquiries from new and existing customers
* Responding to emails, inputting and amending data
* Send out paperwork to clients ahead of the event, chasing up and ensuring that the booking is completed
* Liaise with external suppliers, ensuring that they are prepared for each event across the country
* Making sure that all events have no further requirements and are set to run smoothly
* Complete reports following the conclusion of the event
THE PERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience within events / bookings / training company is essential
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
* A team player and natural problem solver
* Able to work within a fast paced office environment, working to strict deadlines
