SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER -LUXURY TRAVEL
ABINGER COMMON, SURREY
£28,000 + BONUS + DISCOUNTS + LUCRATIVE BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
I am currently recruiting for my client based in Abinger Common, Surrey, for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join them on a full time,permanent basis.
My client is a small, boutique travel company who offer beyond luxury holidays - both sun and snow! They are looking for a driven, goals focused travel specialist with experience within luxury and boutique travel sales and/or marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Dealing with inbound enquiries
* Work with each client to put together the perfect holiday
* Tailor to their specific needs ensuring all details are taken care of
* Dealing with several clients from large family holidaysto honeymoons
* Organising all areas of the trip from boutique restaurants to the best childcare in the area
* Working in partnership with other agents to promote business
* Generate new business
* Use social media to promote business and create new sales opportunities
* Update web content using WordPress
THE PERSON:
* 2-3 years in a similar role within Travel Sales and Marketing
* Strong sales skills - B2C AND B2B
* Enthusiastic and polite telephone manner
* Exceptional telephone manner
* Brilliant organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Willingness to travel
* Experience within Sun and/or Snow holiday destinations
* Customer service focused
