Get Recruited are currently working with an ambitious and growing business based in North London whoare looking for a driven Sales Coordinator to join their successful and expanding team.
As the Sales Coordinator you will behandling queries from clients, processing quotations and following up on enquires. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a technical / engineering / construction based background who is looking to join a reputable and expanding businesswith excellent benefits.
THE ROLE:
* Handling and responding to inbound enquiries from clients
* Understanding each individual clients needs, using excellent product knowledge to advise them accordingly
* Providing accurate and detailed quotations
* Follow up on enquiries and quotations
* Utilising data on current CRM system to identify historic and current clients with additional opportunities
* Offering a consultative approach when speaking with senior decision makers, introducing the services and products on offer
* Handling objections
* Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
* Attend trade showsand events, representing the company
* Work towards targets and KPI's
THE PERSON:
* Experience within a sales coordination / sales administration / account management / sales / telesales / account management / call centre / customer service / customer facing role is essential
* A technical / engineering / construction based background
* Excellent telephone manner and confident to liaise with Senior decision makers and business owners
* Resilient and self-motivated
* Strong IT and organisational skills
* Desire to progress your career within sales
