The business is continuing to grow at an unprecedented rate, and thanks to this success and ambitious growth targets, we are looking to build our sales team to take the company to the next level. We therefore have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join and develop a long-term career with the company, working alongside senior management that respects their input and encourages new ideas.

As strong believers of promoting from within, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business in the early stages, to be involved in the exciting growth of the company, and to have real opportunities to develop into a future manager, with the possibility of a Directorship and shareholding dependent on success.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Sourcing new clients and developing new business opportunities.
  • Contacting prospective clients and speaking with decision makers.
  • Scheduling and sitting online demonstrations with new prospects.
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle from initial interest to close.
  • Managing accounts to offer customer support and generate repeat business.
  • Recording information accurately on our CRM.
  • Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge.
  • Working towards personal and team sales targets.

 

Qualities and Experience

 

  • Proven success and stable career history within a telesales role.
  • Looking to develop a long-term, professional career. 
  • Focused on own personal development and learning.
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Good pipeline management and motivated by achieving results.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with ability to build rapport.

 

Benefits:

 

  • Starting salary of £18,000 - £22,000 Per Annum, plus commission and bonuses.
  • Fantastic uncapped monthly commission structure of up to 30% of all revenue, with no starting threshold.
  • Quarterly targets to increase basic salary.
  • On Targets Earnings:

     

    • Year 1 £40k+
    • Year 2 £60k+
    • Year 3 £80k+
