DELEGATE SALES EXECUTIVE

HERTFORD

UP TO £18K + £24K OTE +PROGRESSION + LUCRATIVE BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY:

I am currently recruiting for my client based in Hertford for a DelegateSales Executive to join within their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful and well-known business who are the market leaders within their sector. You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience within B2B sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To meet specified personal/team sales targets that are set.
* To source leads via social media platforms, recommendations and cold calling
* Ability to identify and engage with correct job titles associated with your events
* Consistently hit and exceed guideline KPI's across callings, new contacts and bookings
* Following up leads from E-mail marketing campaigns
* To sell onto associated or relevant events at event opportunity
* Achievedaily/weekly objectives & tasks agreed with your Event Manager or Senior Management as appropriate.
* To remain highly motivated throughout your assigned event.
* Maintain the day-to-day management of the assigned Delegate database.
* Managementof the day-to-day admin for your assigned event.
* Provide weekly sales reports and feedback to Event Manager and/or Senior Management as required.
* Ensure regular monthly contact/updates are maintained for Delegates and recorded through Engage.
*Maintain 'Good Practice' & ensure positive professional telephone manner at all times.
* Identify and flag opportunities or potential problems to Event Manager and/or Senior Management as appropriate.
* Attend events as necessary, representing thecompany in a professional manner at all times.
* Liaise with Operations Department.

THE PERSON:

* Highly motivated & enthusiastic
* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
* A good team member but must be able to work on own initiative
* Use of IT packages including, Microsoft Office, E-mail, Word, Excel
* Experience of LinkedIn is an advantagebut not essential
* Good use of the English Language
* Drive determination and a passion for sales
