Double OTE (over six figures) UN-CAPPED
Sales Specialist Job Purpose

A BRAND NEW opportunity for a Sales Specialist focused on Unified Communications into both existing and new logo accounts.

The UC Sales Specialist role sits at the forefront of our Cloud Practice Group and is primarily responsible for discovering, developing, driving, and winning UC business.
The role is accountable for proactively driving sales outcomes, while also commanding technical expertise in UC The Sales Specialist will proactively manage the .UC sales funnel by leveraging prior sales experience and process knowledge to work directly with customers and across a broader internal community of account managers, technical architects, productmanagers, and engineering teams. The common objective across these groups is to drive meaningful client interaction and producethoughtful solutions that build rapport and position as the client's preferred technology partner. The right candidate will beable to develop new initiatives and go-to-market strategies to further develop the sales funnel and ultimately win more business.

Responsibilities

* Meet directly with clients to support opportunity discovery & solution development, through tocontract signature
* Management and reporting of UC sales funnel for all sales opportunities; directly managed + those led byAccount Managers
* Develop relationships with key existing and targeted new clients and be viewed as a trusted advisor to allstakeholders
* Drive UC commercial activity across a trio of lead generation: sales-led, marketing-led, and direct engagement* Own client engagement for direct generated leads and work with account teams to determine opportunity development plans across all leads
* Develop UC go-to-market strategy to then formulate campaigns directed at prospects matching targeted customer profiles
* Utilise industry experience to isolate recurring client challenges/pain points, across verticals, to continually refine solutioning and go-to-market messaging
* Direct opportunity and lead generation activity by working closely with account and marketing teams as extension of oneself to ensure unified messaging is conveyed outward to the market
* Ownership over complex proposals and solution documentation with support and direct input from Technical Architects, Solution Architects, and otherengineering teams
* Construct solution pricing and approve deal economics based on thresholds from Practice Group Director* Provide leadership on tender & RFP responses to bid team while assisting to further build overall bid response library
*Work closely with designed Partners to extend the product offering through those channels to grow funnel and assist with closing deals.

A basic salary of £60-70k (depending on experience) Double OTE - UNCAPPED
