An award-winning loyalty-marketing company working with Britain'sbiggest retailers is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager for its commercially-focussed Partnerships team running retailer accounts.
This 18-year-old business has transformed how retail brands and banks drive customer experience and you'll be a bigplayer in taking its idea to clients, using its brand, data and insights.
Senior Account Manager role:
* Driving retailer engagement across a broad range of industries from electronics, fashion, travel and health and beauty.
* Combining loyalty-tech and purchase insights to deliver profitable incremental sales.
* Managing circa ten client accounts and using data to tell a story
* Working with unique data from day-to-day card transactions, which makes this business expert in spotting industrytrends.
* Engaging in a variety of responsibilities for retail clients and providing a retail perspective when working internally - from Data and Insight to Product Management.
Senior Account Manager requirements:
* Expertise in the worlds of marketing, retail, technology and loyalty with a firm grasp and understanding of the UK high street and performance marketing.
*Comfortable dealing with large and sometimes complex data sets.
* Confident in management/client relationships, delivering strategic campaigns to drive profitable incremental sales to retailers and presenting on retailer performance to clients across a range of sectors.
This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will be a client's friend and confidant; fixer and problem solver; trusted advisory and voice of reason, whilst never forgetting this is a commercially-driven performance-marketingchannel.
