THE SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
* Reporting to the Head of Marketing/Marketing Director and taking responsibilities for managing leading a team of marketing professionals
* Producing and delivering a robust and effective digital marketing strategy
* Managing / Overseeing concurrent multi-channel digitalmarketing projects / campaigns
* Responsible for managing, leading, coaching and expanding the marketing team
* Working closely with the team to ensure that successful campaigns are delivered across all channels including; Social Media (Paid and Organic), Email Marketing, SEO, PPC, Display Advertising, Ecommerce and so much more
* Working closely with the data team to producetarget audiences for campaigns
* Management of the marketing budget and ensuring key objectives are met and high levels of ROI and ROAS is achieved
* Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign's overall performance.
* Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
* Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
*Evaluate important metrics that affect the website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
* Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

THE PERSON:
* Experienced Digital Marketing Manager with experience ofleading a team of professional
* Strong experience in producing and deploying strategic marketing plans
* Must have experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns
* A highly ambitious individual who has a desire to rapidly progress to Head of Marketing / Director level
* Experience of managing marketing budgets and monitoring results
* Good knowledge of Social Media platforms and best practices
* Able to build the strategy of digital campaigns and coordinate projects
* Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
* Educated to degree level, ideally within a relevant field
