Senior UX Researcher - Online Sports Betting/Gaming
My forward-thinking client need a UX Research expert to joina passionate team of fellow researchers and optimisation analysts to make their product great for customers/users!
They are in the process of restructuring the team so this candidate is vital, they need someone with a strong customer research backgroundto make sure the middleweight researchers have someone to lean on.
A UX Researcher with continuous improvement would be favoured over agency but that's not to say that great candidates don't exist in agency as long as you have the same passion and desire to build something great.
You'll be:
* Working on a brand-new cool project based around understanding retail customersand using products in store and work around their core platform
* Working with the Optimisation guys to create a brilliant product
* Also working with the CX team in trying to get in to a culture of constant analysis/benchmarking
It would be goodif you had:
* Mobile/tablet experience
