TECHNICAL / SPECIFICATION SALES EXECUTIVE
MIDLANDSUP TO £35,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + CAR/CAR ALLOWANCE + BONUS
Currently supporting my industry leading client with a fantastic opportunity for a Technical / Specification Sales Executive to work directly with and shadow their Sales Director one-on-oneand receive support and development to progress your career.
You will be working to cover the Midlands area and initially will attend client meetings with the Sales Director and then manage client relationships on projects through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a Sales Executive / Business Development / Account Management / New Business /Telesales / BDM role within the technical / specification / electrical sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Finding new customersand constantly expanding the business.
* Monitoring sales data and current market trends and customer needs.
* First class consultative sales skills.
* Good understanding of Features and Benefits.
* Monitor sales for each account
* Preparing account profiles for company accounts.
* Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with all decision makers.
* Using Pareto analysis to ensure top accounts giving 80% of the business are lot lost and grow.
* Ability to complete management reports on time essential.
* Aware of applicable company KPIs and business plan.
* Be aware of all competitive activities within major accounts.
* Good disciplined use of CRM and ERP.
* Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility ofthe businesses products.
* Give pricing information to management and make recommendations.
* Create sales strategies for sales manager/ director to approve.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience within the Lighting Industry is essential
* Working in a similar Specification Sales Manager / Area Manager / Business Development Manager role selling to Architects, Designers and largeelectrical contractors
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good presentation skills
