We are a leading Second Charge Loans Master Broker providing intermediaries throughout the UK with a ‘One Stop’ solution for all their Second Charge Loan referrals. Our staff have more than 40 years’ experience specifically in the second charge sector.
The second charge industry is a niche part of the mortgage services industry, and for the first time since 2008 the industry reached £1 Billion, last year. We are proudly part of the history of second the charge market, as we've been a constant throughout the changes in regulation and economic climates.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive who’s a real team player and can think on their feet. There is potential for the applicant to progress through the company through the Cemap qualification which we provide for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements
- Building relationships with mortgage brokers and Independent Financial Advisors, through telephone calls and email communication.
- Keeping up to date notes and maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and commitment.
- Achieving the sales targets set out.
- Telesales experience.
- The ability to maintain professionalism and competency to the highest standard.
Benefits
- Basic salary £18,000 per annum.
- Very competitive uncapped commission structure.
- Working hours 9am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
