£21,000 - OTE £35,000 UNCAPPED COMMISSION
Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading telecommunications company based in Coventry who, due to growth, are seeking a Telesales Executive to join their team.
As the Telesales Executive, you willbe responsible for contacting local businesses and pitching the portfolio of products. You will be holding consultative conversations with senior level executives, before arranging for the field sales team to meet with the prospective client and close thedeal.
This role would suit a motivated individual from a Telesales, Business Development, Account Management or Sales background who is wanting to progress their career and enjoy high earning potential.
THE ROLE:
* As the Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for calling leads and introducing the portfolio of products
* Offering a consultative approach when speaking with senior level executives in order to fully understand their requirements
* Handling and overcoming objections beforesetting appointments for the field sales team to meet with the prospective clients face to face
* Update the database to ensure that all customer details are accurate and entered into SalesForce
* Completing administrative work as required
* Workingtowards set targets and KPI's
THE PERSON:
* At least 6 months experience within B2B telesales / business development / account management position
* Experience within the telecommunication, software or IT industry is preferable but not essential* Target driven with the desire to earn high commission
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate over the phone in an engaging manner
* Computer literate
