TERRITORY SALESMANAGER - INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

GLASGOW, SCOTLAND

UP TO £40K BASIC + OTE £100K (UNCAPPED) + CAR + LUCRATIVE BENEFITSTHE OPPORTUNITY:

I am currently working in partnership with a global manufacturer who are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join the team. The company are recognised as one of the world's leading suppliers of specialise lubricants to a number of manufacturing industries including aerospace, automotive, paper, energy and steel.

This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful and well-established business who are the market leader within their sector. Due to growththey are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join the team ASAP. You will primarily be measured on the ability to identify,develop and deliver profitable new sales and the retention of existing business.

In return you will be offered a basic salary of £40K + uncapped bonus + car + phone + laptop + many more amazing benefits!

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:* Servicing 80 accounts in the Scotland area
* Reviewing, analysing and understanding new business opportunities and then planning, prioritising and implementing accordingly.
* Increasing market share and sales through building and maintaining strongworking relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Ability to project manage business opportunities, with the capability to write, deliver and present sales proposals.
* Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge in respect to key products and processes.

THE PERSON:

* Minimum 3-5 years' experience within sales in the Industrial market
* Previous experience of Lubricant sales is advantageous
* Strong account management skills
* Strong candidates will be self-motivated and driven with high levels of tenacity and will be committed to delivering outstanding levels of customer service as a team member* Will have market knowledge and contacts and awareness of competitor activity.
* You should possess excellent communicationskills which enable you to build and maintain relationships at a variety of levels (from shopfloor to director) with technical,purchasing and production functions.
* The role demands excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Computer literacy and numeracy skills are a pre-requisite, with the ability to create sales proposals and to deliver professional customer presentations.
