A leading organisation within the technology industry is actively looking to recruit a commercially-astute Vendor Manager to join their expanding sales team. The role will cover predominately the London and surrounding areas.As the successful candidate you will be self-motivated, demonstrate attention to detail, have the ability to take ownership andhungry for success within proactive sales environment. You must show natural flair for business development and maintain strongrelationships.
Vendor Manager Job Purpose:
The primary functions are being responsible for all product queries from my client's Channel Partners, working alongside the sales teams and having ownership of a quarterly revenue number back to the vendor/s you manage.
Responsibilities/Experience
* Previous experience working in the Channel and Vendor Distribution environments
* On-board new Partners
* Plan and execute face-to face meetings with key decision makers
* Training and developmentof the Sales team
* Influence and communicate at C-level within prospect companies
* Successful sales track record
* 3-4 years' experience within the technology space
