This QC Micro analyst will support the Microbiology Laboratory Start-up activities at a new biotech facility in County Meath.

QC Microbiology Analyst
The primary purpose of this role is to work in a cross functional team to identify Environmental Monitoring (EM) sites forheating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) room qualifications, and prepare a routine EM program to start once HVAC performance qualifications (PQ's) are complete.Environmental Monitoring and cleanroom validation experience is essential for this QCMicrobiology Analyst role
Responsibilities
* Set up a laboratory including drafting general standard operating procedures(SOP's)and EM specific SOPs
* Work with Operations, Quality Assurance, and the Projects team on authoring HVAC qualificationprotocols
* Author EM SOPs, EM methods, area SOPs containing site sample map information
* Execute the environmental monitoring associated with the HVAC qualification protocols
* Work with the Lead Analyst to prepare a routine EM program to start once HVAC PQ's are complete and continue the routine EM in these areas at a routine frequency while other areas continue to be qualified in a staggered approach.
* Provide support and subject matter expert knowledge in investigations associated with deviations
Skills
* At least 2 years' EM experience within a pharmaceutical regulatory environment is a requirement for this QCMicro Analyst job
* A degree in Microbiology or a related discipline
* Environmental Monitoring and cleanroom validation experience
* Knowledge of cGMPs
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
* Successful track record in achieving goals as part of a team within a growing, dynamic environment
* Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to support a growing organisation.
This QC Micro Analyst job is full-time and permanent and the working week is 39hrs (Mon-Fri) but there may be potential that occasional weekend work would be required.
