You will work as part of the Senior Management team .This Quality Manager job will see you responsible for the quality and validation functions for their Microbiology/Analytical Labs, you will have 2 direct reports and the client is very open on quality profiles in this area. All in all a fantastic chance toreally challenge yourself in an interesting role where you can progress your career.
Key Duties:
* C.A.P.A. plans management
* Managing Change controls- Risk Assessments - Validations-I.Q.-O.Q.- P.Q.-
* Developing quality procedures and workinstructions.
* Promoting a quality culture throughout the company and risk management improvement.
* Internal and supplierauditing.
* Developing annual training plans for the employees
* Maintaining the quality system in compliance with ISO9001,ISO17025 standards and adherence to GMP guidelines
* Implementation and development of the various quality projects.
Requirements
* Relevant 3rd level qualification in a Science discipline
* 5+ years in a Quality role in a GMP environment
* Demonstrated knowledge of quality systems, FDA and EU guidelines
* Maintaining the quality system in compliance with ISO9001, ISO17025 standards and GMP guidelines
* Experience with regulatory inspections
* Strong interpersonal skills and professionalskills to interact at all levels including senior management, colleagues and clients
