QA Specialist Chemistry - Waterford
Excellent opportunity for a QA Specialist to join a leading pharma company in Waterford.
I am delighted to be partnering with a fast growing andmulti-national pharmaceutical business who are expanding their quality team and are looking for a Quality Specialist to join their team at a time of growth within the business.
With a lot of investment into the business in recent years and exposure toa broad range of pharmaceutical and wider healthcare products, this role will really put you at the coalface of the business, with a varied exposure to both internal and external stakeholders.
The key responsibilities for the Quality Specialist will include:
* To manage and report all Quality Metrics within the Chemistry department including Exceptions, CAPA's, Change controls, SOP's, ETQ, Effectiveness checks.
* Completion of Chemistry approval of Quality documentation e.g. Exceptions, CAPA's, SOP's, Quality and technical agreements.
* Manage Weekly internal audits and schedule and manage site horizontal and methodwitnessing requirements
* Ensure processes and systems are in place to ensure that Quality/ CAPA related project work is completed
* Responsibility for managing the completion of compendia updates assessments for Chemistry.
The ideal candidate forthe Quality Specialist role will have the following background:
* Min 2 years experience working in a Quality related function within a Pharmaceutical or related industry.
* Good knowledge of GMP guidelines.
* Solid experience working with and implementing quality systems.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work
