My client are an award winning company who are market leaders within their industry and are ISO accredited. Due to a restructure, they are now seeking an Administrator to join their growing team.

This role would suit a motivated Administrator who can work efficiently within a fast paced environment. This role will involve speaking with customers, whilst using thebespoke booking system and liaising with clients.

The successful Administrator will have a high attention to detail alongsidethe ability to multitask. THE ROLE:

* As the Administrator, you will be responsible for speaking with customers ona daily basis, handling any queries
* Using the bespoke online booking system
* Making calls to residents to update them oncurrent issues
* Liaising with both clients and directors, providing updates and completing paperwork
* Updating and managing the business' CRM database
* Completing ad hoc duties as required

THE PERSON:

* At least 1 years experience within an Administrative or Customer Service role is essential
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Previous knowledge of using a CRM system is desirable but not essential
* Strong understanding of the importance and focus on customer service
* Able to use your own initiative and work independently
